Orders. An order is an offer to buy; we confirm by email when accepted and shipped. We may decline or cancel and refund in full if an item is unavailable or mispriced.

Prices and payment. Shown in EUR, including VAT where required. Payment is taken at checkout via secure providers.

Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping and Refund policies, which form part of these terms.

Liability. Nothing limits your mandatory EU consumer rights; beyond those, our liability is limited to the order value.

Governing law. The law of Croatia and the European Union.
