Plainhour ("we") respects your privacy. This explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the EU GDPR.

What we collect. When you order or contact us: name, email, shipping and billing address, order details. Card details are handled directly by our payment providers — we never see or store them.

Why. To process and ship orders, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional letters. Legal basis: performance of our contract, and your consent for marketing.

Sharing. Only the providers needed to run the shop: Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers. We never sell your data.
