where are your objects made?

We work with a small number of makers and suppliers across Europe and beyond. Each object is chosen for how it's made and how it lasts, not where it ships from.

how is everything packaged?

Plainly. Recycled materials, paper wrap, no plastic and no filler. The packaging is meant to be recycled or kept, not thrown away.

how long does shipping take?

Within the EU, most orders arrive in 5–10 working days. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships. Full detail on our shipping page.

can i return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, in line with EU consumer law. See returns for how.

do you restock sold-out objects?

Sometimes. We keep our range short on purpose, so some things come and go. Join occasional letters and we'll tell you first.
