Refund policy

If an object isn't right for you, it can come back. We want you to keep only the things you'll actually use.

Your right to return. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return an item, in line with EU consumer law. Write to hello@plainhour.com for instructions.

Condition. Objects should come back unused and in their original packaging where possible. Once received and checked, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong items. That's on us — send a photo and we'll replace or refund in full, return postage included.
